What polaroid sunglasses?
Polaroid sunglasses have the advantage over ordinary sunglasses in that the lenses eliminate reflections and glare for extra comfort. Polaroid sunglasses are also known to be excellent for fishing or sailing. The lenses remove glare from the water's surface which allows you see deeper into the water.

When will I receive my ordered goods?
We do our very best to serve our customers as quickly as possible, so we send deliveries out every day. This means if you order before noon, then your order will be sent the same day. We send everything via first class mail.

I haven't recieved any order-conformation in my E-mail?
Have you made an order and completed the transaction, then you an order-conformation should be sent to the E-mail address that you gave us before ordering. The E-mail is sent automatically after a completed transaction. If you haven't recieved this mail, could it either be because you've provided us with the wrong E-mail address, or it has been sent to spam. You can add us to your safe. If all else fails, then you can always just contact us.

Do you check your products before you send them off?
Of course! We always check all of our sunglasses before they get sent off, to be sure that the customer recieves the best of best.

How do I know if the sunglasses I want are in stock?
All the products on our website are in stock, but if ever experience a situation where an ordered poduct is out of stock, then you will of course be alerted. You can choose to get your money back or exchange it for something else of the same price.

What are your refund policies?
The product must be returned in the same quality and quantity as it was when delivered.
You also HAVE to fill out and attach a return form.
The product must be sent to us in a responsible packaging, we recommend using the same box/packaging you recieved your product in.
You must pay any expenses .

The repayment of the goods will be made within 7 days of receipt of the return.

Have you received my returned product?
We process returned items 1-2 times a week and the money is transferred to the account you bought the product with within 7 days. So keep an eye on your account if the money has not already been returned to your account. You are always welcome to contact us if you have any doubts on support@accessories.dk. We are ready to help you.

Do I get all my money back?
Yes we obviously charge no fees for your return. However, you must cover the return shipping. Unless there was something wrong with the product..

What do I do if there is a problem with the sunglasses I have ordered?
We do everything we can to make sure that no defective sunglasses are sent. Should the unlikely event occur, then you are of course more than welcome to contact us at support@accessories.dk so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Do you have a physical store / pick-up location?
No sorry, we have no physical store. Unfortunately we can not offer a pickup or a place where you can try the sunglasses first. But our website is open 24 hours a day.
And we have a 14 day return policy on all purchases.
